The information presented is clear, easy to digest and quite simple to understand. It takes all the complexities of our health care system and breaks them down into very easy to understand and actionable parts. If you have ever used, been frustrated with or confused by the American health care system this is a must read.
• Not only was this an easy read (with a lot of humor) it was very helpful. In one location - you have definitions, basic knowledge and a "roadmap" to navigate the confusing thing we call healthcare.
